Job Opportunity: Proposal Writing consultant

Publish What You Pay is looking for an experienced and savvy grant proposal writing specialist for a short-term assignment to develop PWYP’s 3-year project proposal for NORAD/Oil for Development Programme in July-September. This proposal will be focused on Iraq, Lebanon and Kenya, with the possibility of also adding Ghana.
